Retail Returns

Return your merchandise for a full refund of product value if you are unhappy for any reason.  Our return policy is simple. Within 14 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of product value.  All shipping charges are not refundable.

Bulk and Wholesale Returns

Money refunds are NOT accepted with any wholesale or bulk glitter orders; however, exchanges are allowed on un-used WHOLESALE products.  Customers will need to pay all shipping costs to make an exchange.

How to Return or Exchange Merchandise

When sending in a return to Glitties Nail Art please follow these instructions:

1. Call Customer Serive at 1.800.695-7007
2. Indicate a reason for your return or exchange and how you would like your credit to be applied
3. Include the packing slip with your return or indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper.
5. Wrap the package securely
6. Attach your return address
7. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment
