RETURN POLICY

Returns or Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. 
  • Products returned in unused condition is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment, or for store credit, minus the cost of shipping.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item, as well as the cost of exchange shipping, except in circumstances of defect.
  • If you have received a defective item, please email pictures of your item to customerservice@glitties.com within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Wholesale Returns

  • Products returned in unused condition are only eligible for in store credit or exchange.
  • Wholesale orders are NOT eligible for money refunds.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item(s), as well as the cost of exchange shipping, except in circumstances of defect.
  • Bulk glitter samples are available to purchased on our website under each bulk glitter category page.  

Bulk Glitter Returns

  • Bulk glitter is NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Glitter is considered to be contaminated once it leaves our facility and cannot be re-sold.  Please make sure to order samples before making your purchase.

How to Return or Exchange Merchandise

When sending in a return to Glitties please follow these instructions:

  • Please email customerservice@glitties.com or call 1-801-695-7007 to make the return.
  • Indicate a reason for your return or exchange and how you would like your credit to be applied.
  • Include the packing slip with your return or indicate your name and order number on a separate piece of paper.
  • Wrap the package securely in the original or new box. 
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number for your return.
